Normal hours are Tuesday–Saturday 10:00–16:00 and Sunday 10:00–15:00; closed Mondays and bank holidays. The historic chemist shop opens only on selected days. Check the current programme and building-work notices before travelling.

Facilities: Level entrance on Taylor’s Lane and lift to all floors, accessible toilet and baby changing. Balcony café; the operator says high chairs are not available. Building works may temporarily affect access.
